Jacob’s background uniquely positions him to deliver results for tenant’s and landlords alike. Over his career, he has executed and overseen hundreds of healthcare real estate transactions annually, ranging from small practice relocations to complex, multi-million-dollar institutional leases. As a Regional Leasing Director and Senior Asset Manager at Welltower Inc., he managed a portfolio of 160+ medical office buildings valued at over $4.5 billion, overseeing leasing, asset management, capital planning, and joint ventures with some of the world’s largest institutional investors.
